Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

  1. We usually ship packages within 48 working hours after receiving payment. They're sent via trusted couriers with tracking. You'll get tracking number and a link to track your package online.
  2. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage. Handling fees stay the same, but transport fees depend on the package's weight. It's best to order everything together to avoid extra shipping fees. We can't combine separate orders, so each will have its own shipping fee. Your package will be packed carefully to protect fragile items.
  3. If any duties, taxes, or VAT are applicable at the destination, the customer is responsible for payment, and we are not liable to cover these expenses.
  4. We use ample-sized boxes to protect your items.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by calling our customer service at +91 9930012320 or sending us an email at info@neelamfoodland.com. If you cancel within this time frame, we'll refund any payments you've already made. However, if we suspect any fraudulent activity or if an order violates our terms and conditions, we may cancel it at our discretion. We keep a list of fraudulent transactions and customers and reserve the right to deny access or cancel orders from them.

Payments:

We only accept payment via PayPal. There are no hidden charges; you'll only pay the amount shown in your order summary during checkout. If you notice any unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card, please first check with authorized individuals who may have made the purchase. If you still don't recognize the charge, report it to us within three days so we can investigate. If a payment fails, please double-check the accuracy of the information provided to the payment gateway, and ensure your internet connection is stable. CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime within 6 hours for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Packages are generally dispatched within 48 working hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
  • Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  • Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process.
